# R.01 | International Relations Manager Nonpaid Internship

Delta Pi is a nonprofit organization based in Athens, Greece that undertakes various cultural and multidisciplinary artistic projects. Throughout the year we present a variety of events primarily within the dance and theatre sector, as well as exhibitions and urban projects. Among our organization’s main goals is to enlarge our network of international partners and collaborators.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a motivated intern in the field of international relations, who will become our spokesperson with contacts abroad. Our contacts vary from festivals, venues and theatres around the world to educational institutions and member-partners of networks and spaces we participate regularly. The international relations manager will undertake to communicate via e-mails with our international contacts, to implement our international relations policies to our agents abroad, to inform a list of agents about our upcoming or recently performed projects and to engage in creative conversations with interested third parties about possible collaborations and co-productions.
What are the tasks?
Attend and participate in our development project meetings and assist to the design of our international policies plan.
Supervise and update the international communications timeline.
Participate in creative sessions with the artists of our forthcoming projects in order to fully comprehend the artistic nature of each project and to better present it to possible partners abroad.
Keep track of our international agents’ database, try to enrich it with new contacts and regularly update the existing one.
Handle and assist to our templates database and use the ones suitable for each type of communication.
Write and reply to e-mails coming from international agents and be fully aware of our mission, our goals and each of our producing cultural projects.
Work closely with the executive producer of the company in order to implement the most suitable strategies for gaining the attention of possible collaborators, as well as to be updated about co-production budgets and technical sheets of our productions.
Essential skills required:
Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
Have a basic knowledge of the European cultural policies.
Be familiar with the Arts and the European cultural business sector, trends and terminology.
Have quick reflexes and take initiatives when needed.
Be creative and let yourself be inspired of our artistic projects!

This is a nonpaid internship. After the expiration of the 6-month internship engagement, and upon to completing any educational or other relevant duties by the intern, the position and the collaboration will be further evaluated for the possibility of becoming a part-time or full-time member of our team.
