Delta Pi is a nonprofit organization based in Athens, Greece that undertakes various cultural and multidisciplinary artistic projects. Throughout the year we present a variety of events primarily within the dance and theatre sector, as well as exhibitions and urban projects.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated social media manager intern, who will commit in supporting our creative projects from mid March to mid July 2017. These projects vary from dance, theatre and physical theatre to urban interactive public events and new media exhibitions.
What are the tasks?
Attend and participate in our creative project meetings and assist to the design of promotion and marketing plan for each of our artistic projects.
Keep our social media profiles updated and administrate our projects’ facebook and instagram profiles.
Participate in creative sessions with the artists in order to fully understand each artistic project!
Attend rehearsals, setups, backstage and tech meetings in order to comprehend every stage of an artistic production and collect audiovisual material which will be spread out through our media platforms.
Support our communication team to reach a wide range of audiences and build an audience trust relationship with the company and our on-going projects.
Essential skills required:
Experienced in administrating and updating social media platforms with an emphasis in Facebook and Instagram
Communicative and creative thinker
Be able to work in a sometimes stressful environment and a tight schedule
Have quick reflexes and take initiatives when needed
Be creative and let yourself be inspired of our artistic projects!
